Every watch from Chrono Select is covered by a 1-year warranty on its movement and case, from the date of arrival.

What's covered

If a mechanical part fails through no fault of your own — not caused by incorrect use, impact or water ingress beyond its rated water resistance (factory waterproofed to 50m) — we repair or replace the movement at no additional charge.

What isn't covered

We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim on a watch we have reasonable grounds to believe has been mishandled, including underwater wear beyond its rating, impact damage, or intentional damage.

Repair timeframes

Please allow up to 45 working days for a repair — some parts may need to be ordered. If a repair cannot be completed within that window, or the watch does not run within ±5 s/day after an attempted repair, we issue a replacement of the same model rather than a replacement upfront — a repair is always attempted first.

Postage

You are responsible for postage to send your watch to us for a warranty claim; we cover the return delivery when the destination is the same country the order originally shipped to.
