Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn, in original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

Every watch carries a 1-year warranty on the movement and case, with free repair or replacement (please allow up to 45 working days). Movements are regulated to ±5 s/day.

Watches are factory waterproofed to 50m. We do not recommend fully submerging them and cannot guarantee water resistance in use; underwater wear is not covered by the warranty.

Request QC photos before your watch ships, and approve it before dispatch — this adds 2–3 days to processing.
